Unlocked for reaching a x100 combo
Quickest way to get this is by stringing out the first boss fight, use your basic pistol and kill the 4 flying eyeballs each time he spawns them and just shoot the boss as it's bouncing around enough to keep your combo going. It's a good idea to have a few cards in your inventory when you're attempting this so you can use them to heal. And if you're familiar with the boss you know that he's much easier to dodge if you bait him into bouncing up and down instead of horizontally or at a sharp angle.
Alternatively you could bring in a great card loadout and have a high combo meter stat (the orange x and hourglass) and just rush through a bunch of rooms killing everything. You want your combo stat high enough so you can go through a store or chest room without losing the combo. I think the first option is much quicker and more reliable and you aren't risking losing a bunch of good items if you die.
