The achievement descriptions on this game are quite cryptic.
This achievement is for finding 100 worshipers.
IMPORTANT:
If you finish the final boss and complete the game, your progress gets reset. Make sure you have 100 Worshipers before you complete the campaign. You can still earn this achievement, but you will have to start all over.
Worshipers can be found on each floor. There is exactly 1 per floor. You can recognize the worshiper because it will be locked in a hanging cage. By moving over the cage and pressing
, you will free it.
Worshipers constantly award you score. The more worshipers you have, the higher the score. Also, worshipers found on higher floors award more points.
NOTE: It is possible to find a worshiper in the starting room of any given floor, but they won't spawn initially. You would have to leave the room and return in order for the worshiper to appear.
For getting the last of the 100 quickly, I would enter the 1st floor and clear each room as quickly as possible. You can use the right stick to move the camera around and see more of the room without moving. If you know the worshiper isn't in a room, continue to the next. As soon as I found the worshiper, I would find the nearest window and exit. Rinse and repeat.
