In Act 1 you will encounter a puppet show. During the show there is a boating sequence. All you have to do is complete the sequence without hitting any of the banks. Before having a seat for the show, you should probably create a manual save in case of a mistake. It is easiest to use the mouse as each click in the opposite direction will stop the boat travel and turn it. Just take it slow and you should be fine. The achievement will pop at the end of the show.
As noted in the comments, it seems that you want to side with the shrimper and kill the gator as it might not pop the other way around.

Can confirm what V1 Rage said, I killed the shrimper, no cheevo. reloaded and killed the gator instead and the achievement popped at the billboard sign after the fade to black.

Ah thanks, I will add that in. I thought I actually did it the other way around and killed the shrimper, but I might remember wrong.
