After talking to Duck near the beginning of Act 2, you’ll learn your mother was laid to rest at a Mausoleum and unlock it to travel to. Go there and enter the door on the left and you’ll find your mother’s grave. It will notify you that you might be able to break it open with a crowbar. Travel back to your home and in the front yard next to the car will be the crowbar that you can now interact with and put in your inventory. Go back to the Mausoleum and use the crowbar on the grave and your mother’s ring will be inside.
