Spoiler Warning.
This achievement unlocks upon finishing the game with certain conditions. In order to get this achievement, you first have to make sure that Bruce has been removed from the shipping container outside of the rocket ship. You can remove him either by playing a recording of his father telling him to come home, or by giving him the wet monkey toy. Both of these require planning ahead.
Go through the rocket. After you arrive in the throne room, sit down in the chair. Paw Paw (Ditch Man) will attempt to radio Bruce to get him to fire up the rocket. He gets upset and leaves the throne room.
Untie your brother. Pick up your mother’s body. Return to the balcony. Jump off the balcony.
