How to unlock the Your kind is not welcomed here achievement in Norman's Great Illusion - Definitive Guide

You need to make it past Christmas by not getting into car accidents, and getting constant work bonuses to stay afloat moneywise. Decision wise tow the company line. When you reach Christmas thats where you'll lose most of your money after a day of shopping. After you'll soon get an event the plant was bought, click Resign

If you are following the Roadmap, you should unlock this trophy at the end of Step 1. On Day 307, you will get an option to select either "Resign" or "Do your best to fill the government contract on time". Make sure to select "Resign".

This requires you to choose to resign from your work (unlocking an ending). You need to work well through an entire playthrough and make a bunch of other choices to be able to resign at the end of the game.
