How to unlock the The doctors test achievement in NORTH - Definitive Guide

On Level 3, go see the Doctors and take the pills. Go back down to level 1, your home and then take the pills. Go back to the doctors on level 3 and take the pills again. During the dream sequence go back and down the ramp to find blue person and make love to him.

I have been following your video walkthrough for this game I got every achievement when you did apart from doctors test for some reason the achievement didn’t pop so I now have to do a new game :(

The game seems really buggy even though I was able to get all achievements without much problems like I did in the video :(

I don't know if it's this or all the test related achievements, but I got to the end of the game without the doctors test document, so this achievement (could) be specified as missable. I think at the Immigration office I went to a single door twice and it let me through.

You must pass the doctor's test. First, get the pills on the nightstand in the Home area (Special pills). Go to Level 3 and enter the Doctor's Room. Look to the left and take the pills. You must Love (interact) the one blue person. When you land, turn around and to the right to go down a ramp. Go straight until you must go right. Keep going and interact with the blue man.

This is unlocked after obtaining “Police test.”

Exit the POLICE STATION and walk back to the elevator. Go up to Level 3, walk forward and enter a door to SEE THE DOCTORS. You will be surrounded by images of figures with glowing eyes. You can turn left to take the pills (the ones you picked up at HOME at the beginning of the game) or turn right to exit. For right now we are going to exit.

Walk back to the elevator and return to HOME on Level 1. Again, take the pills off the table then return to the DOCTORS on Level 3.

This time we are going to take the pills. When you make your selection, ‘FALL ASLEEP!’ will appear on the screen. After a few seconds, you will be in a dream-like sequence and the screen will screw up. Eventually this will stop and you will be hovering then falling to the ground (don’t worry, you can’t die).

The objective here is to find the one blue figurine among all the pink ones (they look like gender images on public restroom doors). When you land, turn to the left and there will be a ramp going down. Walk down and forward (walking through a pink figurine) and turn right then forward. When you are in an open area, look right and you will see a blue figurine. Walk up to it and press to ‘Love’ it. The screen will glitch and when the game finishes loading you will be back in the doctor’s office. At this point you will receive the third of four documents and the achievement.

The next achievement you should unlock is “Prayer.”
