Chapter 9 - Tremors:
-Slay the Hrimgandr before year 4.
-Have 10 different types of military units at any one time.
-Exploit 4 Rimesteel mines at any one time.
When they say year 4 they mean by the end of year 4. you will need one of each military building with at least one troop assigned to each to have 10 different types.
