5. Join the Disrupt meeting on Day 290: An Invitation Worth Ignoring?
6. Accept to work with Disrupt Day 290: A Precipice
7. On Day 296: The Heatwave, play the Disrupt Cassette during the second break when being asked to. The possible outcomes of this broadcast does not matter
8. Play through Day 297: A Tape To Remember and get the achievement

By doing these correctly, you should be able to unlock Day 142: A Mysterious Omen, unlocking this day also unlocks the 'How Disruptive' achievement if you haven't. Also you should be able to aid the Night of Fire and unlock another achievement on Day 871: A Part To Play if Alex Winston is still a member of Disrupt up to this point.
