You'll get this pretty early in career mode, in the semi-final of the rookie career I believe. You should be able to spot the loop without any problems, then all you have to do is to negotiate it.
Eggnog, Clayj, Venom
In the Semi-Final round of the Rookie career, there is a loop in the map. Just drive up to it and you should get through no problem.
