Just drive through one of the circle things that propels your car forward. I got this with one of the starter cars so you don't need to unlock a fast car or anything.
Eggnog, Clayj, Venom
Easy. Most likely one of the first achievements you will unlock in this game. In the second round of career mode on easy you will do a beacon blast event. Go through the double boosters on either side of the map and you will go fast enough to unlock the achievement.
