For this achivement, simply scrap cards as you are in fights.
Scrapping cards will allow you to discard a card and replace it with another from your decks, at no cost... But it will prevent you from using item abilities until your next turn.
You use the little double arrows in between your convoy and leader cards to scrap a card, either click the card then the arrows, or the arrows then the card.
When out of cards, this will dmg you. So be aware.
