I was just able to unlock my first mythic follower and wanted to share how I did it. If you are able to get to the location Union Labor camp, you can select the Mess Hall on the right side of the screen, then say no when questioned, then win a fight. If you win, you unlock The Radical. Hope this helps!

I got one at the Raj Guard Plantation after a tough fight. It even said that there are dangerous enemies in the camp area.
Edit: this is found on the map before reaching the end part of a chapter, so don’t look for the places at the end, they are spread out on the road

I got this in an area where The Mess Hall Area was with red writing meaning you could fight in it, i chose the option to offer food instead and a Mythic Character joined me after this bypassing the fight.

I cant remember what difficulty I was playing on but I cant remember choosing anything other than the lowest. This took a few attempts though for that area to show up and for that battle bypass to happen because as far as I remember there is a pool that the game takes interactions from and that follower and rarity is in the pool. So its a slim chance.

Just curious if you recall what difficulty you were playing on. I've got three successful playthroughs so far, and a handful of restarts, and haven't come across a mythic. I've only been playing on Chosen difficulty, though (the easiest). Wondering if that affects anything?
