To get this achievement you’ll need an explosive weapon before you get to 2-1. When you get to 2-1 you’re going to need to find the manhole in the level. It’s location is always random but there is always one. You’ll need to use your explosive weapon and aim it at the manhole, opening a while in the ground, go down it and the achievement should pop.

2-? - the pizza sewers - is reached by destroying a large pinkish manhole with a turtle shaped cover that can be found in 2-1. Use those grenades!
