This is for killing yourself with the Disc Gun. You'll see it drop eventually as it is a relatively common drop.
Shoot it and it will fire a disc that bounces off a couple walls. Simply ricochet it into yourself until you die.

For this trophy all you have to do is kill yourself with the disk gun. The bullets ricochet off the walls so it's real easy.
