Here is my 100% Achievement Guide for Observation (Including ALL 85 Collectibles)

This is the first achievement you will unlock in the game.
It is story related and unlocks after you basically play a sort of tutorial of the game.

It unlocks in my video at 25:00 if you want to see where it should unlock.

This guide straight up the most best guides ever! i would like to also note that if you messed up during each encounter with the Hex you can quit the game and reload it back in. i messed up on the 3rd encounter :/ i quit the game and reloaded me back in to my last save
