This achievement is for finding the hidden plushie of the station and responding to it with and . This collectible can be found in UN-05 by selecting camera C, then looking down and to the left. It can only be obtained when you gain access to that section of the space station.

EDIT: You should earn this directly after you get access to the station, its get unobtainable after you get deeper into the story. Thanks to Thief000!

Be sure to do this immediately after reaching central. You can get to this plushie at nearly every point in the game, but the respond prompt never appeared for me anymore. Took about 45 minutes to get to this point, so not too bad.

It is also missable if you get too far in the game. Not sure what the cut-off point is, but I'm at the very end of the game and unable to obtain it. (Holding L, pressing A, just says "no match").

I know this for sure, the plushie cannot be claimed after returning from the "rescue station". It's sitting right there, but can't do anything about it.

If you do a lazy copy-paste then you should at least copy the button prompts from the original guide and paste them in Xbox "format".

Here is my 100% Achievement Guide for Observation (Including ALL 85 Collectibles)

This is a missable achievement and it is for finding the SAM Plushie in UN-05.
You know you will have entered the UN (Universal) ring when you unlock the achievement "Base Of Operations" (Finding the UN Ring)

As soon as you unlock that achievement, head directly to UN-05 and you will be in a room with what appears to be just luggage and suitcases.. Like a spare room.

Anyway once here, go to Camera C, Look down and to your Right just a touch and you will see the plushie (It kind of looks like a Terrain Armored Transport from Star Wars.
