The System Redux version of Observer has a total of 76 Nanophage cards you must collect in a single playthrough to unlock this achievement (as opposed to 69 in the original Observer). 7 new Nanophage cards were added and the locations were changed for 3 existing Nanophage cards (from the original 69).

Is this possible bugged? Ive collected every single Card and even went back to do another play through and im stuck at 72/76. Watched the guide and found the new ones

I just want to paste here this very nice guide (not mine). Finally it is complete guide with all Collectibles for System Redux Version!
But be careful! You have to collect nanocards exactly in the same order as it video shows. Some next cards can be "bugged". As comment from user M3PTIRAH says:
"WARNING! Collect everything especially nanocards EXACTLY the same order as in this video, if you come across for whatever reason nanocard on your own, just dont pick it up. I had to restart 2 times. For some reason if you pick up earlier card in different order than in this video, it bugs out and later game couple of cards wont spawn for whatever reason. Its really easy to mess up, it might be some other reason. But as soon as I followed collectibles exact same order as in this video, I had no problem. Platinum is mine now!"
