First of all, you need to complete Amir's dream sequence.
After this, search near Amir's body and find some sort of drug. Inspect it and it should trigger a quest. Then go talk to the people in rooms 112 and 209 and the achievement will pop.

If you look at Amir, it is top left of his head in the lower kitchen cabinet.
