This achievement is earned in the "Amazon" area where you meet and give prizes to Scarlet.
You will know when you have successfully cheated when you hear the Air Hockey guy say something like your ruining the game, this guy is cheating and my achievement actually unlocked when he said "You are so great at basketball" while I was on the Air Hockey table. I'm assuming he was talking to the guy playing basketball... Anyway that is all you need to do you don't actually need to complete a game and win a prize having cheated. Just get that guy to comment and you can move on to the next game.
For each comment the guy makes your suspicion meter will go up so if you are caught and it loads your last checkpoint your progress towards this will reset. You need to get them all without filling your suspicion meter. If you are having trouble setting the difficulty to "easy" is a safe bet.
For Fruit Blaster and Fish Toss just start the game and then walk into the water and try and hit one of the targets until you hear the guy comment.
Basketball and Air Hockey require you to get on the table, you don't need to score, but basketball is easily won this way.
For the Claw Machine simply reaching in and grabbing a prize with your arm wasn't enough for me (I grabbed them all! Found a Tie though!) I had to actually get completely inside by pushing the legs through the slot. Once he comments you should be done!

In the Fish Toss game, instead of throwing piranhas at the targets, climb inside the game and knock down the targets with your tentacles.
In the Caiman Jaw Claw game, simply walk right into the prize disposal and grab the prize yourself.
In the Dolphin Dunks game, grab a ball and climb into the game, repeatedly dip the ball into the basket until you get six points.
In the Fruit Blaster game, touch the turtle to start the game, then climb in and knock down the apples with your tentacles. To make it easier, you can keep the turtle aiming at one row while you hit the two others with your arms and legs.
The, Pants, Party
Amazon Arcade: You need to cheat at five of the games in the arcade to earn this achievement. Someone should make a comment once you get caught, but I felt like I didn't hear anything at least once and still got credit. You'll need to perform all of the following: climb inside the crane game, stand on the air hockey table, climb into the squirtle game, stand on the basketball lane, and climb into the fish toss game.
