This occurs during the sub-level, "Amazon Arcade" of the main level "Aquatic Fun Center." First you have to give your wife 7 prizes from winning the various arcade games. After you give her the final one, the aquarium behind her springs a leak that you are supposed to stop. BEFORE you go down there, go back to the basketball machine and grab a ball. Plug the first hole with the ball and your achievement should pop in a few seconds!

Amazon Arcade: After getting all the prizes for Scarlet, the tank behind her will spring a leak. Grab a basketball from the game near the entrance and walk over there. Touching the glass will make bigger holes open up. Put the basketball in one of them to unlock the achievement.

In the "Amazon Arcade" level you have to plug the fish tank after you get all the prizes for Scarlet. Plug one of the holes with a basketball from the basketball game and the trophy will pop.

In Amazon Arcade, play up until the piranha tank starts to leak. Grab a ball from the Dolphin Dunks arcade machine and proceed to the tank. After you plug up the tank with your tentacle, and more holes start breaking open, plug up one of the holes with the ball.

The trophy is obtained in the game room, where you need to bring several prizes to your wife. When a large aquarium begins to leak, one of the holes needs to be plugged with a basketball, which is taken from a slot machine, where the balls are thrown into a basket.
