In Hot Concessions, when you have final showdown with the Chef, stay near one of the fish spouts and line yourself up right so that when Scarlet throws a fish light at you, it will land directly onto the fish spout, automatically plugging it up. Do the same for all the other fish spouts.

Hot Concessions: During the final battle of the game, Scarlet will be tossing paper fish lanterns to you that you'll need to use to plug the three fish fountains around the chef. Instead of catching them and putting them on yourself, simply stand behind them in line with Scarlet, and her throws will attach the lanterns directly. Do this for all three fountains to unlock the achievement.

In a boss fight with the cook after the fire is put out. You stand next to the big fish, Carla will throw you a Fugu fish, the point is that she herself must hit the big fish in order to shut it up. Video guide on how to obtain this trophy for clarity:
