On the Gervason’s Grocery level, there are 4 people walking around with shopping carts in the left section of the store. Simply put an item in each of their carts to unlock this achievement.

I always appreciate the people who put in the work to type out a guide instead of link a video.

As someone who primarily uses the TA app on console, those type of guides are so annoying because for some reason the video links don’t work on the app anymore.

There should be 4 carts in the store level "Gervason's Grocery." Just place an item in each cart and you will get it.

Gervason's Grocery Store: There are a few shoppers walking around the store; you need to put something in each of their carts. It doesn't matter what, and smaller objects will work the best. The lady who wanted the Sports Johnson cereal will be the hardest, as she already has a few things in there.
