make sure you put the toaster in the microwave to break it (thats what i did at least maybe something else will break it to0?)

I think you just have to set the fire alarm off in 3 different ways:
1) turn all of the hobs on on the stove
2) put the toaster in the microwave
3) put a banana in the forge georman grille and close it.

You may also have to smash the fish tank and turn the table over.

My achievement popped after I did all of this.

For this trophy you have to be in the level Silent but Dadly. You have to enter the break room through the ladies room and use the microwave, the stove and the blue grill. I put a banana in everything to get stuff to burn.

Warning: Make sure you do the "Silent But Dadly" achievement before this one or you'll have to return in Free Play!

Silent But Dadly: After climbing through the air vent inside the ladies' room, you'll be in the scientist break room. You'll need to set off the fire alarm in three different ways to unlock this achievement: first, put food on the stove top and turn it on; second, put food in the microwave and close the door; third, put food on the George Foreman grill. As soon as the third alarm sounds the achievement will unlock.

While in the kitchen, take a pack of food and put it in the microwave, then open the grill (the blue thing, next to the toaster) and put a banana, the last thing you should do is take the banana, and put the gas burner, then turn it on. Video guide on how to obtain this trophy for clarity:
