How to unlock the Secrets of the Deep achievement in Octodad: Dadliest Catch - Definitive Guide

This takes place in the sub-level/sub-area "The Deep Sea" in the main level "Aquatic Fun Center." After you complete the dance minigame, grab the shake light directly in front of you. Head down the stairs, take a left, go across the tiles, and another left. Once you see the scientist, DO NOT go in that room. Instead, head to the end of the hallway that you are in.There should be a sign to the left that when lit, has a rainbow jellyfish on it. Once you have a clear view of the sign and the aquarium directly in front of you, the achievement should pop.

Deep Sea: After guiding Stacy through the jellyfish corridors, the game will instruct you to give her the light. Instead, turn left and there will be a dead end with walls to your left and in front. Shake the light (like you had to do to turn it on) and new images will appear on the walls to unlock the achievement.

After the mini-game in Dark Deep Sea, go further, take the flashlight, the main thing is not to give it to Stacy , and follow it further to find the jellyfish. Video guide on how to obtain this trophy for clarity:
