I ASK NO ONE tip - "I saw a PS4 trophy video on this where they did not hit the buttons and they unlocked the trophy. I tried multiple times hitting the button on both escalators and could not get the achievement to pop. I did it without hitting the buttons and got the achievement on the first try. Thanks for the guide posted here, just rying to help others with this one. U do not need to hit the button on either escalator for the achievement."

I saw a PS4 trophy video on this where they did not hit the buttons and they unlocked the trophy. I tried multiple times hitting the button on both escalators and could not get the achievement to pop. I did it without hitting the buttons and got the achievement on the first try. Thanks for the guide posted here, just rying to help others with this one. U do not need to hit the button on either escalator for the achievement.

Yea, that's how I did it on PS4. Didn't pop on X1 tho, probably just didn't make the time. I'll add that, thanks!

Deep Sea: At the very end of the level there are two sets of escalators that are running the wrong way. You need to scale each of them and press the button to reverse their course so Stacy can follow. Using very long, alternating steps, you will be able to climb them fairly quickly. Make sure you raise each step slightly or you'll just run your tentacles into the next step and be carried right back down to the ground. The achievement will unlock as soon as you get to the top of the second escalator if you made it in time. If not, load the last checkpoint and try again.

The video below will net you all three of the achievements from the "Deep Sea" chapter.
