SOME REQUIREMENTS -
Partitio (Scent of Commerce Quest in Tropu'hopu + Winterbloom, and Chapter 3 all Completed. Hire Ability)
Partitio, Agnea (level 26), or Throne for their abilities to take items from NPC's
Agnea's and Hikari's Stories and Crossed Paths Completed
162,200 Leaves minimum without the use of hiring a % off purchase skill or purchasing non item shop NPC's items
Every Region unlocked for ease of fast traveling
Records won't be available until you finish Partitio's Scent of Commerce quest in Winterbloom. At Winterbloom, you'll find Audley who asks for you to gather 3 musicians.
Can only hire one at a time and at night time for Partitio's Hire Ability, 5200 Leaves for all. The 3 Musicians are located in:
1. Flamechurch - Left side of the church entrance. Hire Pianist for 1200 Leaves
2. Crackridge - Inside house left side of town, the one in view when you're on the stairs next to the save. Hire Guitarist for 2000 Leaves
3. Canalbrine - When you fast travel to Canalbrine, she's playing the violin right next to the wagon. Hire Violinist for 2000 Leaves
You get 3 Records for finishing the Scent of Commerce quest. There's 30 records in total and they are all numbered. Each Record bought in a store is 3k Leaves but you can hire a Merchant with A Way with Words skill for only 15K Leaves at Western Crackridge Wilds night near the Merchant License to receive 30% off purchases and it saves ALOT of Leaves. Some Records will also require the use of either buying, stealing and dancing for items. You can use either one but personally I switched between Agnea (level 26) and Throne as I like free :)

4-11: Found in Item shops for 3k leaves where you found the main characters respectively (24K Leaves total)
4: Ochette - Beasting Village, Toto'haha
5: Castti - Canalbrine, Harborlands
6: Throne - New Delsta, Brightlands *28 is also here only after completing Agnea's Story*
7: Osvald - Cape Cold, Winterlands
8: Partitio - Oresrush, Wildlands *25-26 is also here*
9: Agnea - Cropdale, Leaflands *27 is also here*
10: Temenos - Flamechurch, Crestlands

16-17: Merry Hills Shrine Entrance, Crestlands. Musician towards the left at night or by the right torch towards the door in the morning
18-24: After Partitio's Chapter 3, it can be bought at Wellgrove inside the Department store at the top left. 21K Leaves total
25-26: Orerush Itemshop. 6K Leaves
27: Cropdale Itemshop. 3K Leaves
28-29 Requires Agnea's Story completed
28: Can be bought in New Delsta Itemshop. 3K Leaves
29: New Delsta Backstreets, in Gil's Tavern you can take it from Gil

The, Pants, Party
There are 30 total records to collect for this achievement. These are songs for the Gramaphone, which allow you to change the game's music in taverns. You'll first need to complete the Scent of Commerce: Winterbloom Route optional side-quest, which you can find HERE. Once you complete the quest and get the Gramaphone, you can begin collecting the rest. You can follow a written guide HERE, or follow the video below.
