This is my first 'Guide' I've done so any feedback let me know!
It's a good thing to note with all of these 'Mastered' achievements that it doesn't have to be as a secondary job on that character, which is how I took it at first glance.
You can unlock all of the skills for Ophilia whose starting class this is and this will unlock. The last skill which is the ??? skill unlocks after unlocking all the other skills and will then be available to purchase with JP.

Just mastered Scholar as "secondary" by buying all the skills with Cyrus. I was not expecting that
