If you are having trouble with the boss fight (Redeye), use the Dancer's divine skill on the Apothecary and then use the Apothecary's Rehabilitate on your entire party. Be sure to keep up the protection against status ailments at all times. Because this is probably the main reason you will lose the fight. If you do this, the battle becomes a lot easier.
And of course remember to time your breaks and break him as much as possible (easy ways to break are the Hunter's rain of arrows and the Warrior's 1000 spears). When he breaks try to have a large damage output ready (like the Warrior's divine skill), because Redeye has over 100.000 hp. But it's okay if you don't all the time. If you keep up your Rehabilitate wall and keep healing, you don't really need to rush this fight.
