After completing chapter 1 for Cyrus, head to Quarrycrest town as marked on the map. After defeating Omar and two Dancing Bones in the sewer, there will be some scenes in the town and the achievement will pop.
Omar is weak to sword, knife, axe and light. He will quickly summon two Dancing Bones to help him. When they are present, you cannot damage Omar’s shields, so focus on them. They are weak to axe, staff, fire and light. Scholar’s second level fire spells and CB charged weapons they are weak against will help break them. Omar can summon them a second time after you defeat them - rinse and repeat.

This did not unlock for me half an hour after completing chapter 2. Did anyone else experience a similar problem?

I only recall one cheevo with a few hour delay for me, the one for getting 80,000 leaves. I don’t use Quick Resume as I’ve had problems with achievements popping in other games when using that.
