There are two endings to the game, the good ending and the bad ending.
If you you rescue at least 150 Mudokons, you get this trophy.
If you rescue less than 150 Mudokons, you get

150 Mudokons saved is not that hard to do. If you want to know where the Mudokons can be saved, check out the speed guide from MarkKend for getting all Mudokons:
The New 'n' Hasty trophy in Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty worth 385 pointsRescue every Mudokon with an overall Best Time of 3:00:00 or less
Also note that you can't kill 99 or more Mudokons, doing this will net you a third ending.

You need 150 Mudokons saved, not 50.
