There are two endings to the game, the good ending and the bad ending. Contrary to what the other guide says, the ending does NOT depend on Mudokons killed, it depends on Mudokons saved.
IF YOU KILL AT LEAST 99 MUDOKONS, YOU WILL NOT GET THIS ENDING! You will be sent back to Rupture farms instead!
If you rescue less than 150 Mudokons (and kill less than 99 Mudokons), you get this trophy.

This achievement is unlocked simply for getting the bad ending in the game. To get the bad ending you have to rescue less than 149 of the Mudokons in the game.
