The earliest you can do this is on level 2.
Early on in the level you will come to a Chi door with a Slig. Chant to open the door allowing him to walk underneath you, crucially walking past the campfire. When he’s underneath you, throw a Brew flask at him, he’ll than catch fire earning you the achievement.
It may be better to wait until you are around the corner where there is a checkpoint and a stash of Brew flasks before several patrolling Sligs.
