This unlocked for me after achieving Good Quarma in 6 levels, not 5.
I am wondering if the 1st level doesn’t count as it is guaranteed good Quarma - you automatically save all Muds.
I had bad Quarma on level 2 so unlocked this after completing level 7 - The Hijack.
You can see the status of each level form the Main Menu -> Level Select. A blue Mud face is good, a red is Bad. You can replay levels from this screen to change your Quarma.
