How to unlock the Soulless achievement in Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide
This isn’t an extensive level guide, I mainly wanted to call out that this is possible to achieve via Level Select.
My ‘Story run’ was a Good Quarma run, saving Muds, apart from the one level where I fell short.
I then used Level Select to mop up badges, killing Muds as I went. This achievement popped after I had done this on 4 levels.
You will most likely want to get this via a new game to combine with the bad ending achievement. (don’t think this works via level select although will confirm if it pops that way)
Some points for getting Bad Quarma on a level:
Level 7 - ‘Hijack’ - plenty of brew bottles/flares to help take out the Muds - a pretty short level too
Level 8 - ‘Reunion at the Old Trellis ‘ - you can sit back and watch the background (250/254) Muds be killed
Level 10 - ‘Necrum’ - lots of traps to easily kill off the Muds, removing reliance on Sligs
Level 13 - ‘Escape’ - like Reunion this has plenty of Muds who will die whilst you do nothing.
Level 3 - ‘The Blimp’ - only 1 Mud which you can’t kill
Level 12 - ‘The Sanctum’ - I don’t think you can kill any Muds here

The Whose Side Are You On? achievement in Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition worth 118 pointsKill 1000 Mudokons and achieve the Bad Quarma Ending
Some points for getting Bad Quarma on a level:
- You need to kill the Mudokons, you can’t simply leave them behind
- If you do this via Level Select, many levels will allow you to craft the Flamethrower, e.g. Phat Station. This can be used to kill the Muds easily. I had great difficulty in getting the Sligs to kill them for me, they would usually just Tranq them, even when set to Aggressive.
Levels that work well
Level 6 - ‘Phat Station’ - early access to the flamethrower makes it easy to kill the MudsLevel 7 - ‘Hijack’ - plenty of brew bottles/flares to help take out the Muds - a pretty short level too
Level 8 - ‘Reunion at the Old Trellis ‘ - you can sit back and watch the background (250/254) Muds be killed
Level 10 - ‘Necrum’ - lots of traps to easily kill off the Muds, removing reliance on Sligs
Level 13 - ‘Escape’ - like Reunion this has plenty of Muds who will die whilst you do nothing.
Levels to avoid
Level 1 - ‘Escape from Monsaic Lines’ - you can’t kill any Muds hereLevel 3 - ‘The Blimp’ - only 1 Mud which you can’t kill
Level 12 - ‘The Sanctum’ - I don’t think you can kill any Muds here
