Slogs are dog-like creatures and there's no clear location for you to outrun them for 15 seconds. Luckily this can be easily earned in the first secret area you come to in Level 5: Sorrow Valley. There are two Mudokons with barriers either side of them. Once you've opened one barrier, get beside the closed one on the right and start jumping to wake up the Slogs. Keep jumping to keep their attention and the trophy will pop once 15 seconds have elapsed. Click here for a video of where I mean.

At the Valley of Sorrow level when we enter the mine. Behind the iron doors there are 2 sick Mudakons! On the top tier there is a button that, when stepped on, the left door will open; we put Mudakon on the button and we go downstairs. The dogs wake up on the right, but behind closed doors they stand still and after 15 seconds, the prize is yours.
