You'll earn this with ease during your Good playthrough. To rescue Mudokons you need to get their attention by pressing 
or hold the button for all Mudokons in range. They'll follow you whereever you go and the idea is to lead them to bird portals to rescue them. Bird portals will usually be near where Mudokons are found so you won't have to go out of your way to find them. Press 
to create your possession orb and fly it in to the bird portal to open it. Nearby Mudokons will jump through and they'll be rescued.
