This is the only missable trophy that you are going for in Step 1 of the Roadmap. To obtain this trophy you need to go out of you way to kill at least 1,000 Mudokons. Failing to rescue them and getting the bad ending is not enough, they must die! You can kill them by having them be shot by Sligs, by using craftable items to blow them up or set them on fire, or by leading them towards environmental or mechanical hazads.
If you pause the game it will tell you how many Mudokons there are on the level you're playing and how many have died. Make a note of how many you've killed on each level as there's no total counter available.
