Once you become champion of the row you will be taken to the hideout. Upon entering and all the cut scenes talk to the orc that brought you here. He will tell you some miners are revolting, he then asks for your help. Accept the request and finish the mission for this achievement to pop

After reaching the resistance’s camp, talk to Adek. You will learn about the miner’s planned revolt. Agree to go quell it and you will be transported to the area. Clear the map and this trophy will pop.

At the beginning of Chapter 2 you will need to speak with Adek and accept his quest. As usual, clear the map of all enemies to complete the quest and unlock the achievement.
