How to unlock the One less nutcase achievement in Of Orcs And Men - Definitive Guide

After Raven betrays you, you will find yourself in the Bowels. You will meet a shaman down there who talks of your brother, but you will not be able to question him yet. After you leave, you will be given the option to save your brother, Arken. Choose this option and return to the Bowels. Find and kill the shaman and this achievement is yours.(credit to DKsDragon's trophy guide map)

At the very end of Chapter 1 you are given the option of saving Arkail's brother Arken. Make sure you accept this quest and kill the shaman at the end of the map to unlock this achievement.
