Off And On Again

This achievement is for activating the blue square switches. You have to do this tons of times, and if you play the game relatively well, you'll be nowhere near completing this by the time you complete the game. I recommend using Level 1-7 on level select, and just repeatedly interacting with the switch right next to you where you start. You'll eventually get this achievement.
