How to unlock the Frogs' Chorus achievement in Old Man's Journey - Definitive Guide

Just a short bit after the last trophy and after you’ve helped two guys repair a crane to lift the boat, your character will sit on a bench and you’ll relive another memory. Your character will then automatically walk for a bit towards the next screen and there you’ll find a large waterfall that you need to cross by extending a bridge up top. In the bottom left of this very screen you’ll find three well hidden frogs sitting there. Click on all three of them to obtain this trophy.

When you get to the area with the bridge across the top of the screen and a bunch of waterfalls (shortly after the tortoise and vagabond achievements), there will be three frogs on the very bottom left side of the screen, all the way in the foreground. Click on the three frogs in order from left to right to unlock this achievement.
