The hat this trophy refers to is on the bottom row, second from the right. To unlock it, you'll need the following materials:

1 gold necklace
8 bones
20 gems
Towards the end of the game, if you've been opening treasure chests and sending the guy by the boat in the hub village out on missions, you'll have enough materials for all of the hats.
