You can (somewhat) easily earn both the Hundreds Club & Nail the Landing achievements in the same run. To do so, an early place to earn these is on the level Treetop View in the second area of Cloverbrook. The course is fairly long, and there are tons of grinds, spots to manual, big air time for grab tricks, etc.
It took me a few tries, but I found myself getting higher and higher and scores over time. First it was 760k, then 780k, then 860k, then 940k, then eventually 1.1mil. You will need to full-combo the entire course, though.

1.6 million points first try, this is the way to do it.
EDIT: If you are going for completion then you may as well not worry about this one, since one of the local heroes in Sketchside requires 1.6 million points.
