A short / fairly easy level to do this is "The Hidden Hills" in Cloverbrook.
To perform a perfect grind, you want to start holding
as close to the grindable object as possible. You will see a little green "Perfect" box appear if your timing is right.
Similarily, to perform a perfect landing, you want to press
right before you land (do NOT hold LS or you will do a manual). Just land flat on the ground.
You CAN use checkpoints for this. I used them and still unlocked the achievement. It does not have to be all in one run, thankfully.

perfect level. about 10 grind and 4 landings with 3 checkpoints in between.
