As you progress through the Flowzone, you'll need to complete certain levels and collect so many map pieces.
Once you have completed the level "West by North East" and have collected 18 map pieces you will unlock the level "Radlantis City Gates". On the map, it will say "Complete Radlantis City Gates to Continue". Simply select the level to start it, and the achievement will unlock.
