This sounds like a lot, but let's break it down:

- Trick: do literally any flip trick
- Tweak a grab: hold while in the air long enough to "tweak" your grab
- Rotate 180: tap or to rotate 180 degrees
- Grind: Hold in any direction over a rail to grind it
- Late Trick: You first learn how to do late tricks in final area, Los Vulgas, on the level "The Marbled Cat". To do a late trick, hold while in the air, then wait to see your board flash. Once you do, perform a flip trick after the flash which should be marked as "late"
- Grind switch: You first learn how to do grind switches in the final area, Los Vulgas, on the level "Big Cat Gardens". While grinding a rail, move in a different direction (without jumping) and press to switch your grind

The level I found this fairly easy to do on was the final level of Sunshine Valley "The Don Quay Hotay". You can get this by the time you get to the first checkpoint, or play it safe and wait until the first quarter pipe.

At the start, jump then tweak grab + rotate down the ramp and land into a manual. Next, do any flip trick onto the rail, grind the rail, then while grinding the rail perform a grind switch, and then as you jump off the rail perform the late trick. If you wish, you can manual to first quarter pipe and hold as you jump off there and peform the late trick then.
