How to unlock the Radlantis Rivals Champion achievement in OlliOlli World - Definitive Guide

First you need to complete the level Radlantis City Gates. You unlock this level by first completing the level "West by North East" and by having collected 18 map pieces.
Once you complete Radlantis City Gates, you will need to complete at least 2 out of the 3 district levels. Once you complete 2 of the 3 district levels, you will unlock the final level, "Hot Winds on Turbine High". Complete this level and the achievement will unlock.
The level is not too bad, I managed to get it only after a few attempts. Easier than the final level for the previous DLC IMO.
