For this achievement, you must:
- Complete each level (at least finish it)
- Complete all 3 Squid Challenges
- Complete the Gail Force Challenge (unlocked after completing the last level "Hot Winds on Turbine")
- Beat all Local Hero scores
Doing so will unlock every customisation item from the Flowzone DLC.
The Local Hero score's a very easy to beat, you shouldn't have any trouble. The Squid challenges aren't all that difficult either, will just take multiple runs of each level.
The Gail Force challenges are a bit trickier, but IMO they were easier than the previous V.O.I.D. DLC, and much easier than the base game. For quite a few of them you can use checkpoints, as they do not say "then finish the level" or "finish without slamming".
