A very simple, straight forward achievement for a good amount of gamerscore.
You can safely do this as early as the first jump in Spot one:
Forget pressing
to speed up; just hold 
and 
, and release as you reach the very first jump whilst continuing to hold the trigger.
Release and hold just as you're about to land, and boom!
Fall flat on your face and repeat the process
You can land anything up to a 720° here; 540° or above will net you the achievement.

Can easily be achieved on amateur stage 1-1. Simply hold down 
or 
to perform a spin, making sure you spin at least 540° degrees before landing.
